Contact sensor wont allow exit delay
Hi, I have set up my system and all is well, but when my keypad is used to exit my property my exit delay is set for 60 seconds but as soon as my door is opened my alarm is set off due to my contact sensor, how do I set my exit delay to include my contact sensors?Many thanks

I know this answer is well over a year late but I was having this exact same issue. I couldn't figure out why my alarm wasn't giving an exit/entry delay. I went through all the settings and figured out the door was set to a "secondary door" instead of a main door! When the alarm is disarmed you go into the app and tap alarm, find the door that you are having the issue with and go into the device settings. Once in the setting it should say "placement" and that is where mine said secondary door instead of main door. Hope this helps anyone else who is having this problem!
