Hi @user72677. Try the following steps to address your concern: Verify your phone and Ring app are up-to-date with the latest updates available. Reboot your phone. Verify that Bluetooth is turned on on your phone. Make sure your Base Station is in pairing mode, in which the light on top will be spinning blue. If it is not, press the pairing button on the back of the Base Station. We have this Help Center article with other steps to try.
