Device has started sending motion alerts when no one there was fine up till today.also only had device 5 weeks had to charge it twice since orriginal charge
Hi @Jimmy67. It sounds like you may want to look at adjusting the Motion Zones and the motion sensitivity to adjust how often motion is detected. If the Doorbell is detecting and recording motion quite frequently, this will cause the battery life to be impacted as well. Try lowering the motion sensitivity and readjusting the Motion Zones, as well as potentially changing the [Motion Frequency](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115003477106-Understanding-and-Optimizing-Motion-Detection-with-Motion-Frequency) settings. It may take a bit of trial and error, but playing around with the settings should help you find what combination works best! :)
