App not recognising wifi signals during set up
troubleshooting
My ring doorbell disconnected. I have attempted to reconnect and reset the device. During set up the app will not find networks. Outside of the app all my wireless networks are visible, including the ring device but the phone won't recognise them during set up. I have cleared the cache and data; and tried different phones, but the same happens. Is the camera broken? It's only 18 months old. I am setting up using a Samsung phone and have disabled the "switch to mobile data" toggle in wifi settings as suggested on the website.
