2nd Generation Doorbell not connecting to Wifi

My 2nd Gen doorbell has stopped connecting to WiFi and I cannot get it to reconnect. The WiFi is fine on all other devices like my ring camera and ring doorbell chime.

      My WiFi is working correctly on many other devices. I'm standing next to my router trying to set my Ring up and it connects to my phone with its own WiFi network yet I cannot get it to connect to my router. The battery is 95% the app is up to date. Lat week it was working fine. Can anyone help?

        Hi @Rick1234. If your Ring device is not reconnecting to your wifi, here are some additional steps to try: * Factory reset the Ring device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds. * Reboot your router by unplugging it for a minute and then plugging it back in. * Try the setup on a different smart phone or tablet. * Verify the [router settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-What-Ports-Do-I-Need-to-Open-in-My-Firewall-for-Ring-Doorbells-and-Chimes-) that our Ring devices require in order to connect and work with your network.
