Hello @Fisheh , When you accomplished the set up on your Ring Camera, that automatically started your 30-day free trial "Ring Protect "Basic" Plan for your new camera. You can verify and check that on your phone with your Ring App. - Select Menu (the 3 horizontal-lines Icon, upper-left-corner) \> tap "Plan" Your timing joining our Ring Community as a new "Ring Neighbor" owner is unfortunately as the Ring Internet Cloud Servers are returning back up to "Degraded Performance" mode due to the big Internet server outage (Nov 25, 2020). So you may be in an area still impacted and having difficulties until full performance is restored. You can check current Ring status by going to the bottom of this page, and under "Support" click on "System Status" or use this link: [https://status.ring.com/](https://status.ring.com/) Anytime the camera is activated, either by you selecting "Live View" or the camera detecting motion that activates it, there should be an automatic recording stored on the Ring Cloud servers. If you can indeed now, during this "Degraded Performance" time, get "Live View" then go to your "Event History" to view if previous "Live View" recording are there, or simply activate "Live View" and swipe on the "TimeLine" bar to view older recorded events. Motion Detection can activate the camera for up to 2-minute durations. Additional subsquent motion can again activate the camera for another 2-minutes. Live View activations can be up to 10-minute durations. If you don't see any past recordings in the "TimeLine" or on the "Event History" page, ensure your setting is to enable recording by toggled "Motion Detection" ON. If everything is set up correctly and you still do not have any recordings in your "Event History", check again once the Ring Servers are back up to normal operations. If then, you still do not have any "Event History" recordings after motion activation of "Live View", then telephone Ring Support for additional help at: [https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Get-in-Touch](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Get-in-Touch) Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19, their available hours have been changed also: [https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041597471-Ring-s-Response-to-COVID-19](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041597471-Ring-s-Response-to-COVID-19) I hope you find this information helpful. :)
