Spot Light Cam Light not Working
Hi The right side spot light no longer works on my 1st Gen camera. Tried resetting the device but still only the left light work and that looks dull (see photo). What are my options?

You know. When Ring first started their customer service was fantastic. Now it is about as bad as you can get. I just spent 90 minutes on the phone with their “customer no service dept.”I have a spotlight cam that will only hold one charged battery. The second batter always shows no charge. I am also having problems with a couple of the ring cams, but I was worn too worn out talking to the last rep. I have 11 of their cameras. I am probably going to find a different vendor and buy my cameras from them.
