Ring Spotlight Cam Plus will not stay powered on

Hello, My Ring Spotlight Cam Plus suddenly stopped connecting to the app a few weeks ago. It is a hardwired camera using the power module that came with it. It was hanging under an eve of my garage for almost a year since I purchased it. This failure occured in Ohio in July (~80°F). It is one of three Ring cameras at my home, two being the Cam Plus and the other a doorbell camera. I tried the following toubleshooting methods: Unplugging and plugging back in - this will turn the blue light on the front on for about 30 seconds and then shuts off. The camera will not connect to Wifi as it preivously did. (router has not moved). In the short duration of the light turining on, I tried to press the button on top to hold for 10 seconds for factory reset and nothing happens. The light stays on for the duration and shuts off and is no longer responsive. Removed camera from its location and plugged into another working camera's power module and still same results as above. This tells me that the power module of the failed camera is okay, so is it something wrong with the camera itself? Please provide and more troubleshooting tips as any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @user_a88808. Can you please clarify which model of Ring Camera you have? The model name, such as Spotlight Cam Battery Plus for example, should be listed on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Knowing which device we're working with is necessary so I can provide relevant troubleshooting information.

***UPDATE*** I brought the camera inside the house and plugged into an outlet. Although it is still acting the same as it did in my initial post, the camera seems to connect off and on to wifi and detect motion indicated by the blue light on the face of the camera (not an in app event). The camera still will not connect the video feed to the app.

Hi @user_a88808. The Light Patterns you are seeing can be explained here. In the Device Health menu of the Ring app, does your device show that it is online? If you check Ring.com, are you able to view motion events or Live View? Have you attempted to setup the device in the Ring app? If so, does the setup complete or is there a part where the setup fails? Are you connecting to a 2.4GHz network? Sorry for all the questions, but this will help us determine what the issue is. Thank you.
