New stick cam pro
troubleshooting
Can't get this to install, gets to blue light flashing, and no further. Battery fully charged, I've done factory reset and phone reset. Only got it this afternoon, had stick 3 previously, with no trouble installing. Any advice please.

Hi @LinP. Where do you get stopped at in the Ring app when going through a setup of your Camera? Do you get any sort of error messages?
