I accidently deactivated my security camera

I have accidentally deactivated my security cam. On the app the inly thing that is highlighted to work is callendar and filter. Nothing else is clickable. The reason i made the error was that the camera stopped recording andcwhile outside freezing trying to fix it I clicked the wrong thing. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact support and have received no help. I need it working as it is also my lights in a pitch black driveway. I fell and hurt myself badly and really need help. Thanks.
