Good morning My free trial has ended and I'm wanting to purchase basic package. My daughter registered and added me as sharer . I gave looked and it says I'm account holder but everything I go into plans it takes me to my camera and won't let me purchase

    HI @user_1f130c. As the previous commenter pointed out, Shared Users cannot change device details or subscribe to a plan. I would recommend having your daughter remove the Ring Doorbell from her account, so you can set it up under your Ring account. This will allow you to subscribe to a plan on your account, and you can still add your daughter as a Shared User if you'd like.

      Only the Registered User can alter the account. The mistake was you didn't set the account up in your name. Shared Users have fewer privileges, as you're finding out now. You can either get your daughter to remove you as a shared user and set up her details as the Main User on your phone, or, do a change of ownership.....see the link below. https://ring.com/gb/en/support/articles/k8jn9/transfer-device-ownership
