Ring subscription
Hi I have paid for the year for one device but want to add my other devices and have the other subscription. It gives me the option to pay£7.99 but doesn’t mention the payment I’ve already made. Will it get refunded?

Hi @user_ed7488. The Ring Home Basic plan covers only one device, while the Standard and Premium plans cover all devices at one location. Upgrading from the Basic plan to the Standard or Premium will automatically cancel your Basic plan, and you'll receive a prorated refund for any unused time remaining.
