10% Discount not available anymore

Does anyone know why ring still advertises their premium plan as giving a 10% discount on purchases when I have not received a discount for the last 2 orders of cameras. Tried to contact ring but impossible and chat bot is totally useless.

The discount applies to all Ring cameras, doorbells, accessories and multipacks, but it cannot be combined with other offers. +1 here. I went to order an Indoor Pan and Tilt Camera from within my app and no discount was applied. It had no other discount attached to it at the time. I ended up buying a different brand as it worked out cheaper and had local storage.
