I've had around 5 or 6 in the last couple of weeks. For some reason I upload the screen shot, they appear but then disappear. Any ideas?

J@user_969bd1 Yes, these emails are not from Ring and are spam. I would strongly suggest not clicking on any links provided in these emails. If you would like to further escalate these spam emails, give our support team a call.
