hardwired-video-doorbell
Our wired video doorbell was working fine until we got a new router. I did a hard reset on the doorbell, made sure my device was on 2.4 gHz and I keep getting the error message "cannot connect to the Ring network" when trying to connect with new routher. I have tried connecting it with mutiple devices and nothing is working. Any suggestions? I hit the reset button, I turned the transformer on/off, checked my router, etc....
