Ring App won't allow me to upload photo so i can't setup my pet tags!
I just received my 2 pet tags in the mail. I put the ring app on my phone and followed the steps for setup. Once i get to the step where i upload a photo, i click on it and nothing happens!? So i can’t upload a picture, which means i can’t continue with the process, which means the product is worthless!! I have an android phone if that helps

This issue was resolved in a previous app update. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the Ring app, available in the app store. You will also need to verify that the Ring app has permission to access your photos. If this issue still persists, our support team can provide further assistance.

Also having this issue, all permissions confirmed, I hear the phone react to me pushing the add photos but nothing is opened and the screen doesn’t change. Not using pet tag but indoor camera in case that matters.

Hi neighbors. Make sure you have given the Ring app permission to access photos in your phone’s settings. Also, try using a different phone or tablet to see if it makes a difference. If these steps do not help, rest assured that our team is investigating and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. When I have an update regarding this concern, I will make sure to post it here. Thank you for your time and patience.
