Chime Pro Not Connecting

Hello, I unplugged my Chime to clean and now it will not come back. I have tried hitting the reset for 5 seconds then 15 seconds, I have also tried resetting my wifi router. None of these have owrked and I can not get the Ring logo to pulse. Can you please advise?
