Very Disappointed with Ring cameras

We own several Doorbell and stick up Ring cameras. Bought them because they were advertised to be used as baby monitors. To our surprise and dismay, they shut off after 10 mins then it takes a few minutes with manual intervention to reconnect. This is not good. Ring needs to update the software in these cameras to give users an option to shut down or be continuous. In the circumstances, I am requesting a refund and the option to upgrade to a stay on camera. Our old system never had this issue. Awaiting a response

Hi @user_799a2c. Live View will automatically time out after about 10 minutes. You can then open another Live View if needed. We have some new features coming soon with the new subscription plans, including Extended and Continuous Live View on compatible devices.
