Hello, I'd like to return my order XXXXXXHow do I proceed ? It's not listed on my account since I didn't create one I paid with PayPal. Thank you

Your customer service is p-ss poor. To simply return an unopened item, I can't get help via chat, let alone get a returns label online. I am told to ring a customer support number, where, once I am in the queue, I just remain in a queue for 15mins+. I have no idea if you're actually answering calls on a Saturday but of course that isn't explained anywhere so I may well be holding on for nothing. So I hung up. I will process a credit card chargeback instead, and let you deal with that instead, if you aren't interested in dealing with your customers.
