@user23474 If you mean you removed your Doorbell, you would need to set it back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If you're talking about the Ring Protect plan for your Doorbell, you can find steps on how to resubscribe to a Ring Protect plan in our Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Protect-Plan). @user182347 It may be worded differently, such as "Change Connection" or "Change Connection Type", but the option should still be there under the Device Health screen as long as you are the owner of the Ring device. [Shared Users](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles) cannot change the wifi network on a Ring device.

Hi @user23474. If your Video Doorbell is offline, you can reconnect it to wifi by following the steps below in the Ring app: 1. Tap on the three lines on the top left 2. Tap **Devices** 3. Select doorbell or security camera you need to reconnect to wifi—the next screen should be the Device Dashboard 4. Tap on **Device Health** 5. Tap on **Reconnect to Wifi** or **Change Wifi Network** Remember that wifi passwords are case sensitive. If you don't know your wifi password, it might be printed on the bottom or side of your router. **Note:** Once your device is reconnected to wifi, you can return to the Device Dashboard screen to check your [wifi signal strength](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526) under **Network.** If you have a continuous problem with your device disconnecting from wifi or a weak signal and your router is behind a couch, or in a closet, or otherwise physically obstructed, try moving your router.
