Allow users to change positioning of Camera Previews on Dashboard

You allow users to “drag and drop” shortcuts from the Home Page, which is great, but we have no way to reorganize the cameras in a way we feel are more important to us without changing their name so they fall into the proper alphabetic order, which is insane. It would be nice to be able to have the option to rearrange the order of the cameras with the same “drag and drop” feature you developed for the shortcuts. We could then rename the cameras according to the proper location and everything would make more logical sense.
