One of two cameras not recording or sending snap

I have two cameras. One of the two every single night for over a year does not pick up motion or any recordings from about 6:00 p.m. till 6:00 a.m.. this is the time when we need that camera. It is not an issue with Wi-Fi. I have been trying to figure out this issue with many calls to customer service and they blame it on Wi-Fi. Yes I rebooted. But it's every night during the most critical times if it's operator error I hope that somebody could guide me. I have searched through everything I do not have certain time set up on that camera. My plan is up in February and I'm paying for something that I'm not getting. I do hope that someone could help me through this... please 🤗

    Hi @sloffafer. There's a few things that you can check to see what's causing this. First, you'll need to check if there are any Schedules in place. You'll also need to see if you have Modes active for this device. Also, be sure that you are able to Live View during this time to confirm that your device is online. Next, walk out in front of it, wait a few minutes and check your history to see if the device is recording you. If it is dark out during this time, please share a screenshot so I can access if there are environmental factors affecting motion detection.
