Erasing ring videos
troubleshooting
I have always been able to erase my ring videos. About a week ago, I noticed I couldn't delete any videos but don't know why.

Hi @user_0ac04b. Are you receiving an error message when you try to delete a video? You should be able to do so from the Event History page, as long as you are the owner of the Ring device. Feel free to share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end.
