Alarm not setting through Alexa

Hi, I’ve had a night routine which has worked for a Long time which has suddenly stopped. At night, I have a trigger which will turn off lights, heating, and then set the Ring alarm to “home”. Now when I say the command, i receive a message saying that it cannot set the alarm as the panel is not responding and to check the app for further info. Opening the app does not give any indication. I can set the alarm to home from the app. I’ve reset the routine but still the same. Any idea’s?

Hi @SunnyP9999. Make sure both the Ring app and your Alexa app are fully updated to the latest versions available. Then try deleting your [Routine](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031606811-Creating-a-Routine-with-Alexa-and-your-Ring-Device-) and setting it back up in the Alexa app to see if that resolves this issue.
