Hi @Claudettespice. Can you clarify which Ring device you're trying to set up? You can see the model of Doorbell or Camera you have by checking the original box or looking at the back of the device itself. Feel free to attach a picture as well and I can take a look and help point you in the right direction to get it set up. :)
