I have full monioring service with dozens of sensors, why does my dashboard say “Monitored Sensors 0”?
Hi @NickD, That is a great observation of the state of your home. The Dashboard is displaying the correct information for the Mode you are in. In Disarmed Mode, no Sensors are monitored. This allows you to move around and open or close doors freely, without causing your Ring Alarm to alert the Monitoring center. In Home or Away mode, your Dashboard will display that your Sensors are being monitored. Because in these Modes, if a Sensor is tripped, your Ring Alarm siren will sound and send a signal to the Monitoring station to start the dispatch flow.
