Was there an outage?

I lost all history of events for the past three days. I assume there was a system issue because the video doorbell worked up until them (2/10/2020) and then started again after I checked the status of the device (2/13/2020) and everything was OK. I went to the door and it was recorded. These outages should show up somewhere in the Ring system and notifications should be made if something has to be done to restart the devices. This is not “my socks were delivered late”, this is more of “who was trying to get into my home”.

Hey @fschuff! If you have remained subscribed to a plan, you should not be missing recordings. Try removing and reinstalling the app on your mobile device, and test to ensure your recorded videos are playable.
