I keep erasing videos on my history and when I come back the videos they are still there. Do I need to update done thing again?
Hi there, @ArVC! Videos that are deleted are permanently removed, and should not reappear on your account. To ensure this is being processed correctly, try doing this from your Ring account via web browser, by signing in on Ring.com. Here you can view and manage your recordings, and is a great way to rule out any mobile device factors that might be interfering.
Check out our help center article which confirms how videos are deleted. Please note, when deleting all events at once it can take up to 72 hours to delete all events. This is not a window to cancel deletion. Once all events have been deleted, they cannot be recovered. Feel free to let us know if the above steps worked!
