Subscription/Protect plan

Is anyone getting charged $10 monthly. but doesn’t cover your cameras? Ring just took 10 from me on the 11th and it says that my camera isn’t covered. I tried to subscribe, and it’s telling me to pay for a new plan. Anyone have the same problem?
