Ring Video doorbell Picture scrambled

Hi guys, little help please. My Video doorbell is approx 18 months old, for the past few days I have been unable to go live and the picture is completely scrambled.

I have reset the doorbell and reinstalled the app but no change.

I have uploaded a screenshot from the app.

Should I be looking at replacing the unit after only 18 months??


Very odd. I think you should call Ring, explain what you have done to be sure you have tried everything, and then ask for a replacement if they don’t have a solution. Do you have the Protect Plus plan? Without it, the warranty is only for 12 months but you might get a generous person to make an exception for this unusual problem.
