Ring Video Doorbell 4 release button not working

Hi There,

My Ring Video Doorbell 4 offline automatically serveral times in these days, even the baterry (i tried two) are fully charged but release button is no response.

I am unable to reconnect the wifi, anyone had the same error can share the feedback?

Hi @user81896. Are you receiving a particular error code or message when you try to reconnect your Ring Doorbell to wifi? Make sure the Doorbell is within range of your wifi router, typically about 25 feet or less.

You can also try fully resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If you receive an error message, or the setup fails, try the troubleshooting steps here.
