Ring Pro Not Notify One of Two Android Phones in the Residence

Greetings to all,

                             Our Ring Pro is connected via a transformer and is linked to a chime.

One Android Phone a Samsung J5 gets notifications when motions is detected or the bell is pushed.

The other Android Phone a Samsung A3 can access live view, recorded footage etc. but does not receive any notifications.

All advice on Rings website has been followed to no avail…

Can anyone offer a solution please?

Hi @SandM. On the phone that is not working, what is the OS version for the phone and the Ring app version? Could you try removing the Ring app, rebooting the phone and then reinstalling the app to see if this helps? In addition, please check out our Help Center Article here for more information on what apps could be conflicting with the phone not getting notifications.
