Ring Pro not connecting to new WIFI


I have a Ring Pro (see pic attached) which was installed with supplied power. Recently changed to Fibre broadband and hence a new WIFI so trying to get to connect. However Ring app guides me to push a button on side (and there isnt any).

I will be grateful for suggestions to fix this!



Hi @kholker. You’ll need to remove the faceplate from the Doorbell with the orange screwdriver that was included in the original packaging. Once the faceplate is removed, you’ll see the setup button on the side. I hope that helps! :slight_smile:
