My Ring Plus cam was working fine until I plugged in the solar charger now it’s died within a day - is a replacement covered by RIng protect?
Hi @user78851. Do you mean that the battery has drained? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps, such as charging the battery and rebooting the camera in the Ring app? Which model of Ring Camera do you have? You can find the device name in the Ring app on the Device Health page.
