Ring notifications not working on my partners phone when someone rings the bell

Hi

I have given shared access to my partner and it was working fine but he now no longer receives notifications when someone is at the door or rings the bell?

Can anyone help advise what we need to do to get these notifications back and working?

Hi @user80340. I would have your partner try the following steps on their phone:

  • Verify the Ring app is up-to-date with the latest update available.

  • Check the Ring app to make sure you have Ring Alerts and Motion Alerts toggled on.

  • Check your phone settings to make sure the Ring app has its notification permissions enabled.
