Hi there, my Ring 2 battery doorbell (not quick release) won’t charge. It starts to charge with a blue flashing light on the bottom right quadrant of the circle, this continues for 5-10 minutes and then the lights go out. The unit won’t power up at all & can’t be seen in the app. I have repeated this process several time with different cables and power adapters but the results are the same. Have also tried the reset button on the back, no change to the above behaviour. Has the battery failed?
