Ring Doorbell 2 Not Recognizing Motion

My ring doorbells seemed to have stopped recognizing motion. I know the devices are working as I can see the live video. How can I resolve this? Thanks

Hi @Jhmosow. If your Doorbell is no longer detecting motion, verify your Motion Settings are set correctly. If they are good, factory reset your Doorbell to see if it helps. To factory reset your Doorbell, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
