Ring 2 Doorbell Camera Video Not Working

Video not working in live view or as a recording. Started 2 days ago.

In live view get “Couldn’t connect to device”

In recordings, videos older than 2 days are viewable. After that says “event did not record correctly”

Wifi is fine. My second Ring2 functions correctly and is located even further from the router.

Battery is fine. Recently changed it.

I rebooted the faulty device twice now. No change.

Currently 44. I got it working. Even though the battery was recently recharged and showing 100% I swapped out for another and for whatever reason, regained connectivity.
