The annual subscription for our RING doorbell was by mistake renewed after we had moved house & the Ring doorbell disconnected. We will be unable to reconnect the RING doorbell in our new property. This was a genuine mistake made so we are able to reclaim the annual subscription already paid but not needed?
Hi @user81496. You can cancel your Ring Protect Plan on Ring.com after logging into your account. You will be refunded a prorated amount of what you have not used of the plan. This Help Center page will show you how to cancel a plan. If you are having issues canceling or getting a refund, give our support team a call for further assistance.
