Prorated Monthly Plan

I upgraded to monthly full coverage on July 1st for $10, but was recently charged my monthly $9 for 3 cameras on the 22nd of June. I received no notice of a refund, and support only shows answers about proration for annual plans.

How long does it usually take to receive proration? I’ve essentially been charged for an additional 2/3 month coverage.
