Professional Monitoring Suggestion

With Ring Professional Monitoring, there is no place to enter notes for the monitoring company. Other alarm monitoring companies allow for this.

For instance, I have a Knox Box and with my other alarm I could add a note that there is a Knox Box on the house and the location of the box, as well as a note about which door that key works in.

I had a note that there are 2 cats and a small dog on the premise.

I could update the note as needed, like adding ‘Jan 15 to 20 during the day, XYZ Contractor is working in the house, phone number 111-222-3333.’

I could add a note for medical reasons too.

These are not for the monitoring company to call, but just to pass on to the fire department/medical response/police if the alarm is triggered.
