I tried to change my Passwort, it had a format L12sss3$
L: Large
s: small
123: digits
$: special character
Seeems do be consistent with the statet password rules.
Changing password was not possible in browser or app.
after 1 hr helpline (!) we used another format:
Lsss12345$
which worked.

If you are using the Control Center in your app or web browser to reset your password and it is not working correctly, it is a concern that our team is investigating and working to resolve as soon as possible.
