Login Issues on different broswers/computers

So i have issues logging into to ring.com the twostep auth always brings me back to the twostep auth page and asks me to fill it in… i have attempted this on firefox,chrome,iexplorer the only one this works on is a chrome on a pc i had logged in on before… i have cleared my cache and cookies on ever client and even used incognito too.

i had a look at the developer console(F12) and i found this error hopefully it will help
