i own 2 houses–can i setup my ring doorbell remotely? i.e. with no physical access to the device.
Hey @cg73. During the setup process, you will need to press and setup button on the Doorbell and be near the Doorbell to get it into setup mode and connect to the Ring AP through your mobile device. To complete the setup, you will need to be with the device! If you have someone who you trust to give access to your account and walk through the setup, you can have them do this for you through your account within a Ring app downloaded to their phone.
