Equality act 2010

The alerts snooze doesn’t know how to count. Click 12 hour snooze it might do 2 or 3.
So I don’t know why it’s not suddenly working.

Ask ring via chat, they tell you to call the technical team.
I can’t I’m deaf.

No help. They are in the states and even though they sell their products in the UK seems they’ve never heard of the equality act 2010.
Which states all companies must make reasonable adjustments to the way they do things for people with disabilities otherwise it’s discrimination.

Neither can you ask them to get someone else to ring for you because the act is clear that is giving the person with the disability less of a service than a hearing person, which is discrimination.

Why is ring allowed to get away with this?

Hi @user80975. Our chat support is more limited in the scope of troubleshooting support they can provide. Another option to contact our support team is via social media. At your convenience, please send a private message on Facebook @Ring with a few details on the problem you’re experiencing regarding Motion Snooze.
