My Wi-Fi is in the green (46) and the router is close but the voice on the doorbell is very distorted. Also the volume is low . Any ideas would be appreciated.
Hi @user81260. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Have you tried this with any other phones or tablets?
