Hello, I’m facing same issues with audio!! I’ve already register the ring app and release microphone in ios but still cannot hear or even talk through the doorbell!! Anyone can help me? Greetings from Brazil
Hi @mlanfredi. Ring devices are not sold or shipped to Brazil, so we can’t guarantee that your Ring devices will work as expected. You can find the countries that Ring devices are supported in by checking the Country Selector on Ring.com.
