Door bell is 100% charged but won’t go back Online

I have charged my doorbell too 100% but won’t reconnect to Wi-Fi.

I have disconnected router for 30 seconds. The router is in same place as it’s always been! No changes to router or passwords.

The small button on doorbell doesn’t flash when held in or pushed.

Hi @Pauleshank40. If your Doorbell is no longer entering setup mode even with a fully charged battery, try factory resetting it to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. If it is still not entering setup mode after a factory reset, give our support team a call for further assistance.

Hi there, after factory reset do i need to remove the device from my phone or i just reconnect to wifi directly?

Hi @user81896. You would want to walk through the setup process under Set Up a Device in the Ring app to get your Ring Doorbell reconnected to wifi after a reset.
