So Ring messaged me charge your door bell, so I have taken cover off to find it is mains wired so how do I charge battery take extension lead outside to do it or disconnect the two wires to bring inside what a palver!! Surely there is a simply answer to this my installer won’t answer my query
Hi @user81283. This will depend on the type of doorbell you have. If your battery is removable, simply remove the battery and charge it. If the battery is internal, then you’ll need to physically disconnect the doorbell, charge it, then reconnect it.
