Can't connect to app

I can connect to account online but can’t connect to the app. Since update the app would constantly crash and got notifications way to late. Now I can’t log in!
Was on the phone for over an hour with tech and nothing. Said they will call back. Yeah ok. I need access to my cameras. Lots of break-ins in my neighborhood lately and I can’t see ANYTHING!!!

Sorry to hear about this, @Lax24! Are you able to log in to the Ring app on another mobile device? Being able to log in via web browser is a great sign that your credentials and the login process is working. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on the mobile device. As you tagged android, please also check for any android apps that conflict with the Ring app.

As a test, try downloading the Rapid Ring app and logging in there. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
